Voeg achtereenvolgens de gesneden groenten toe: eerst de kwartjes ajuin met de fijngehakte look, vervolgens de schuin gesneden selder, de wortelstaafjes, de schuin gesneden geschilde asperges en tenslotte de reepjes paprika.<br><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Bak alles al roerend gaar, voeg het kippenbouillonblokje, de currypasta en de kokosmelk toe en laat dit inkoken. Breng eventueel verder op smaak met peper en zout, voeg op het allerlaatst de sojascheuten toe, laat alles nog eens goed doorwarmen en bestrooi tenslotte met de lente-uiringetjes.<br><br><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Dien warm op met de rijst en laat het vooral smaken
