Pel de ajuin en snipper hem niet te fijn. Verhit een scheut arachideolie in de wok, bak de ajuin in de olie. Snipper de tenen look zeer fijn, voeg ze bij de ajuin en laat mee bakken. Voeg de sambal toe en laat eveneens mee bakken, schil en rasp de gember (of hak hem zeer fijn), voeg eveneens bij de rest. Schil en snijd de wortel in fijne reepjes, bak hem mee in de wok, halveer de ma\u00efskolfjes en snijd de Chinese kool in reepjes, bak ze ook mee in de wok, snijd de mini-paksoi wat kleiner en bak eveneens mee. Doe de sojascheuten erbij.<br>Zet een pannetje op het vuur met een scheutje arachideolie, bak de spiegeleieren en kruid ze met peper en zout.<br>Doe de gekookte rijst ook in de wok en laat even mee bakken met de groenten. Breng op smaak met een scheutje sesamolie en de ketjap. Meng alles goed door elkaar.
